Tell us what your refrigeration equipment is doing, what it stores, and where service is needed. Clear details help dispatch assess the request and discuss the next step for your business.
We service major commercial equipment brands

Useful details include a cabinet that feels warmer than usual, an unexpected temperature reading, repeated alarms, visible ice, water around the unit, or a new noise. Say when the change began and whether one unit or several are affected. These observations help explain the problem; they do not establish its cause. Follow your business procedures to protect temperature-sensitive stock.
Include the equipment type, brand, model, service address, and the best person to contact on site. If safely visible, record the display reading or error message without opening equipment panels. Mention previous repairs, an interrupted power supply, or changes noticed before the problem. Let dispatch know about delivery entrances, restricted access, or other practical requirements for a visit.
A technician reviews the reported symptoms and assesses the equipment before recommending work. The necessary repair, parts, and any further investigation depend on what that assessment finds. Ask which findings explain the recommendation and what the proposed work includes. A service request starts a conversation with dispatch; it does not confirm an appointment, a repair price, or a completion time.
