Commercial dishwasher and warewashing repair

Commercial dish machine service for restaurants and foodservice facilities, including undercounter, door-type and conveyor equipment, glass washers and related wash systems.

Equipment we service

  • Undercounter dishwashers
  • Door-type dish machines
  • Conveyor dishwashers
  • Commercial glass washers
  • Pot and pan warewashers
  • Booster heaters and wash controls

Follow the wash cycle through the machine

Filling, washing, rinsing and draining involve different components. Depending on the model, checks may include pumps, spray arms, strainers, inlet and drain valves, heaters, temperature sensors and controls. Saying which stage fails is more informative than simply reporting that the dishes are dirty.

Identify the sanitizing method

Commercial dishwashers can sanitize with high-temperature water or with chemicals, depending on the model. The correct procedure, supplies and operating checks follow the manufacturer’s instructions. A machine completing its cycle does not by itself establish that sanitizing conditions were met.
