Different cooking equipment needs different checks
An oven, fryer and steamer can all lose performance, but their heating and control systems differ. Depending on the unit, assessment can cover heating elements or burners, ignition, thermostats, sensors, fans, motors, valves and door seals. Power or fuel type and the exact model matter.
Restore repeatable cooking performance
A machine that still heats can have uneven output, a slow recovery or unreliable cycle timing. Describe whether the issue affects one zone, every batch or only busy periods. The findings should determine the repair rather than replacing a thermostat simply because food cooks differently.
