Cooling involves more than the compressor
Temperature depends on airflow, controls, door seals and the refrigeration circuit working together. An assessment may cover condenser and evaporator condition, fans, sensors, drains, defrost operation and electrical controls. A warm cabinet alone does not establish which part needs replacement.
Recurring faults and maintenance
Restricted vents, dirty coils, damaged gaskets and obstructed drains can contribute to repeat problems. Maintenance should match the equipment and its operating conditions. Keeping temperature and repair records helps distinguish a new failure from a problem that returns during a busy shift.
